The distinctive, spicy Cincinnati-style chili is the town's "official" hometown dish, served most often on hot dogs with cheese (cheese coneys) and over spaghetti, topped with cheese (a 3-Way), beans (a 4-Way) or all of the preceding, with onions (a 5-Way). Cincinnati-style chili has a devoted, "cult-like" following throughout the region and increasingly, throughout the nation.

Business Segments

Restaurants – Nearly 100 Cincinnati-style chili restaurants in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana with the majority concentrated in the Greater Cincinnati metro area. Currently, three stores are company-owned stores; the rest are franchised.

Retail – Gold Star Chili's famous Cincinnati-style chili, frozen and canned, is sold in grocery stores throughout the region, including: Kroger, Biggs, Meijer, Wal-Mart, SUPERVALU, Jungle Jims, Remke Markets and many others.

Catering – Gold Star Chili has full capabilities to cater and serve Cincinnati-style chili classics on site for nearly any size group. It’s the perfect choice when customers want the food to reflect the flavor of Cincinnati.
