Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center

Gold Star Chili operates a restaurant in the food court of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Each year, Gold Star waives and donates the franchise royalties back to the hospital, an annual cash donation totally nearly $20,000. Also in support of Children's Hospital, Gold Star sponsors/supports the fund-raising initiatives of a number of area Kindervelt chapters.
