Complete an entry form online at www.goldstarchili.com/-chili-month. Entries may also be submitted by mail to “Chili Month Giveaway”, c/o Gold Star Chili, Inc. 650 Lunken Park Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45226. Entries submitted by mail must be postmarked by December 8, 2019.

Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. Winner may be required to pick up prize in person and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable local, state and federal taxes. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness without any compensation by sponsors for publicity purposes. Winner releases sponsors from any and all liability relating to the prize or its use. Information provided in contest entry may be used for marketing purposes by Gold Star only. This information will not be shared with third parties.
